Sue has been a instructor at Pilates Loft since 2010.
One of my greatest joys is movement. My parents always told stories about how active and curious I was as a child. The story has not changed in adulthood. My love of Pilates, cycling, hiking, snow and sun sports, keeps me active all year round. I believe everyone is meant to move and feel so fortunate to share my passion of movement with others. These “why’s” are what inspire me to continue learning about the human body and all of the remarkable capabilities.
I started as a student of Pilates after the birth of my youngest daughter and decided I wanted to gain a better understanding of this movement method. This led me to my original training and certification through Merrithew Stott Pilates.
I am committed to educating myself so I can guide everyone from teens to wonderful, active aging adults through movement in a caring and observant way. This is something I truly love!
Seeing someone trust their body and move with ease is such a wonderful gift, one I hope I can always be a part of.
Pilates and movement is truly for every age and every level of fitness. I embrace a diverse clientele and aim to support them to achieve their fitness goals through enjoyable and challenging training sessions.
