Sue has been a instructor at Pilates Loft since 2010.
One of my greatest joys is movement. My parents always told stories about how active and curious I was as a child. The story has not changed in adulthood. My love of Pilates, cycling, hiking, snow and sun sports, keeps me active all year round. I believe everyone is meant to move and feel so fortunate to share my passion of movement with others. These “why’s” are what inspire me to continue learning about the human body and all of the remarkable capabilities.
I started as a student of Pilates after the birth of my youngest daughter and decided I wanted to gain a better understanding of this movement method. This led me to my original training and certification through Merrithew Stott Pilates.
I am committed to educating myself so I can guide everyone from teens to wonderful, active aging adults through movement in a caring and observant way. This is something I truly love!
Seeing someone trust their body and move with ease is such a wonderful gift, one I hope I can always be a part of.
Pilates and movement is truly for every age and every level of fitness. I embrace a diverse clientele and aim to support them to achieve their fitness goals through enjoyable and challenging training sessions.

Christa has worked in fitness for 10 years and discovered the benefits of Pilates after being in a motorcycle accident that left her with a multitude of injuries. Pilates helped Christa connect with her body while working on strengthening and recovering. This left her with a passion for helping others move well and confidently after an accident or surgery.
Christa believes that knowledge is power. Her approach to teaching is to help you understand the WHY behind the movement. This empowers you to continue your work even when she is not around. Christa doesn't believe in being the “keeper” of information. She wants to share it and encourage you to educate yourself about your body because you will know more about it than anyone ever will.
If you take a private with Christa, she will structure your time together to accomplish your particular goals and focus on function and quality first! Christa will ask you to reflect on what is happening in and outside your body to allow you to better connect and understand your body. This method will benefit an athlete or someone who enjoys a relaxed walk.
